Job DescriptionManagement position responsible for providing leadership to the Human Resources function in a manufacturing facility. Also will participate as a key member of the management team to design plant systems, processes and operating environment. Must proactively deal with HR and operational issues by providing guidance to facility based on expertise in the Human Resources function.

-Policy and procedure development, enhancement and enforcement.

-Payroll administration and wage adjustments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
5-8 years of progressive HR management experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of current Human Resources principles and practices.
Thorough knowledge of employment law.
Experience in a multi-cultural environment with a high degree of cultural awareness
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
HR experience in a manufacturing union and non-union environment.
PHR or SPHR certified preferred
