Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Site Leader for the Fresh Express Enterprise Zero Loss Culture TPM Program.
-Collaborates with key cross functional partners to develop and sustain all required TPM Pillars.
-Partners with all levels of the organization to understand Losses and drive them out of the business.
-Leads cross functional projects teams to gain alignment with business objectives, and creatively apply solutions to real-world manufacturing opportunities.
-Serve as change agent by driving the required cultural transformation and the adoption of successful process improvement practices and by diagnosing barriers to project success and facilitating resolution.
-Monitor performance and improvements in key metrics
-Lead Process Improvement projects to reduce and eliminate Loss for Productivity, Quality, Cost, Customer Service, and Safety
 
Skills/Competencies Required:
-Self-directed, team player with 5+ years experience in a TPM environment with demonstrated experience in Early Management Pillar Leadership.
-Experience coaching and delivering training at all levels of an organization.
-Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
-Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
-Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
-Visionary with long term focus - able to see the end result.
-Ability to create an open environment supportive of free sharing of information and ideas that is also conducive to contribution, growth and achievement.
-Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of the business and gain buy for a TPM cultural transformation journey.
-Exemplary standards of integrity, personal work ethic and continuous involvement in self education and development.
-Technical competency in process improvement skills: DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen/Work-out and change management.
-High energy self starter; must be able to take the initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team.
-Food Processing or continuous processing experience.
-Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
-Proficiency in Windows, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
-Ability and willingness to travel 10-50% of the time.
 
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study
Formal Six Sigma training
Black Belt certification preferred
