Job Description
Primary responsibilities include:
-Manage the movement of all receiving and shipping in accordance with organizational policy and procedure.
-Plan and organize the daily operations of the warehouse, warehouse personnel and local drivers.
-Manage, train, and develop direct reports.
-Monitor and maintain the warehouse for cleanliness, proper rotation of raw materials/finished goods inventory.
-Other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager
 
Skills required to be successful in the job include:
-Ability to communicate throughout the organization in written and verbal form.
-Proficiency in MS Office and AS400 software.
-Ability to prioritize work assignments.
-Ability to analyze data.
-Attention to detail.
-Ability to be a productive team member in both formal and informal settings.
-Ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
-Ability to supervise direct reports through coaching and mentoring.
 

SARBANNES OXLEY RELATED CONTROLS:
 
Responsible for daily time sheets, weekly reports and other SOX requirements
 
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years supervisory experience in a Warehouse environment.
Associate Degree or equivalent.
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Inventory management experience
