Job DescriptionSupervisory position responsible for providing overall supervision to the Inventory Team to assure that department and Company goals are attained to include Safety, inventory accuracy, over / shorts, variance analysis, inventory levels and cost reduction initiatives
Primary responsibilities include:
Maintain a safe work environment by training personnel on safety issues, completing safety accident and/or incident reports timely and recognizing and correcting unsafe conditions or acts.
Manage daily activities of inventory employees to include but not limited to hiring, coaching, training, job performance and discipline administration.
Responsible for analyzing data, formulating and providing recommendations, and performing initial analysis of inventory adjustments and inaccuracies.
Document, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures and process flows.
Interface with Manufacturing, Shipping, Receiving, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Customer Service departments to improve overall operating efficiency. The Inventory supervisor will be responsible for inventory.
Assesses system capabilities and integrates findings into process improvements and program implementation consistent with business strategies.
Analyze historical adjustments to determine root causes.
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3-5 years inventory management in a manufacturing
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/ Vietnamese
