Job DescriptionDuties:
The Regional Customer Manager (RCM) will be responsible for managing all HQ sales activities to include: managing multiple accounts and/or a specific geography, achieve set business targets such as: volume revenue, market share, new business, new items, corporate initiatives, etc.
The position will be located on the west coast (California, Arizona, etc.) in a home office environment. 25% travel is expected.
The RCM will be responsible for sales execution of tactical account plans to include sales administration, establish work plans, manage account P&L?s, and manage brokers.
The successful candidate will be results oriented, to achieve or exceed business targets (i.e. Volume, Revenue, Margin, Profitable Market Share, and ACV targets).
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Account engagement and building business relationships at Buyer, Category Manager and Director Levels.
-Achieve target on new /existing items & corporate initiatives.
-Manage trade spending and budgets for assigned accounts
-The successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in a related business field.
Required experience will include: -CPG Sales (perishable preferred)
-3-5 years experience in HQ direct selling, broker management experience a plus.
