Job DescriptionNote: The individual in this position can be placed anywhere in the Southeast Region (Florida, Carolinas, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia)
Responsible for in-store sales support of a designated geographic territory for all FE brands and in all retail segments. Works with individual Sales Mgrs and Retail Partners to support product display, store marketing efforts, space-to-sales, POG integrity etc. and manages in-store resources/results. Identifies/develops necessary training needs for customer in-store staff.
Position is expected to interface with local broker and maintain positive relationship through effective communication and follow-up. May provide assistance with sales presentations as needed, collaborates with FE Sales Mgrs to develop Retail projects and provides on-going status of these projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for in-store retail execution.
-Works with Broker reps/ retail managers and Chain Retail Ops.
-Assist in POG development and implementation through broker and customer retail operations
-Utilize and analyze IRI data, ACV distribution by chain & review with broker & retail operations.
-Work with broker & retail operations to ensure timely ?new item? placement. 30 day speed to shelf.
-Identify & secure secondary display opportunities at retail. Review with broker and retail operations.
-Coordinate VAS Training of Produce Managers and Broker Reps.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years experience directly related produce/store related to produce/ in-store field support experience
Estimated Percent of Annualized Travel Required: 35% - 50%
Education:
BA or equivalent produce/store related experience or comparable in-store field
support experience
