Job DescriptionWithin the Innovations team, the Administrative Assistant provides a wide variety of administrative office functions and staff support. The candidate must be highly organized, efficient and self-motivated in completing responsibilities in a timely manner; coordinate office needs internally and with other departments; and must be able to multi-task and take direction from the team.
The Administrative Assistant:
-Is responsible for ordering office supplies.
-Is responsible for monitoring payment of department invoices, filing and office space coordination.
- Is responsible for coordinating meetings, conferences, and visits.
Experience:
Two or more years of administrative experience as described in the job responsibilities.
Education:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
-Strong Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or comparable software package skills.
