Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical analyst candidate will participate as active member of project, sustainable development and process improvement teams and accept direction/mentorship from senior team members, meet project and sustainable execution commitments; accept and comply with process/policy requirements; demonstrate mechanical aptitude; apply personal talent to practical solutions. Candidate should have good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with technical team members.
All candidates must be willing to travel within the continental United States
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts studies on Bill of Materials to standardize best practices
- Collects and validates project data
- Supports projects and sustainable initiatives
- Develops high-level Gantt charts,
- Under direct supervision, responsible for moderately complex planning activities for equipment layouts in plant, office, and production facilities.
- Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Prepares cost estimates for proposed projects and evaluates cost factors.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Industrial Engineering knowledge such as process validation, process flows and layouts, statistical process control, and cost benefit analysis.
- Project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Process improvement methodologies and capabilities
- Ability to be a productive team member in both formal and informal settings while developing team creativity and innovation.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Bias for change.
- Proficiency in MS Office Software.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Associates or Finance degree in related field ()
- 0-2 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Understanding of key process improvement methodologies or techniques
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Terminology
- Knowledge of Sharepoint
