Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
 
The Senior Finance Analyst will track monthly Business Unit operating and financial results & variances, analyze trends, and recommend strategic changes where applicable. Responsibilities also include establishing financial programs that will allow profit determination by services and by customer, developing financial solutions and providing strong leadership in business transformation. Coordinate assigned operating unit budgeting / LE forecasting, books-to-management reconciliations ensuring standardization of reporting and proper integration across the company. The Senior Finance Analyst will partner with the Business Unit personnel, act as a knowledgeable source of the Company?s financial best practices, and be a strategic thought leader among the Operating Unit Managers.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and analyze monthly Business Unit operating and financial results and manage the LE forecasting process
- Identify opportunities for improving Business Unit operating results and profitability
- Assess new business opportunities providing financial modeling and key recommendations to Business Unit
- Lead Monthly Business & P/L reviews with Operating Unit Managers
- Coordinate the budget process.
 
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Food Industry environment / in a Finance Management position. Consumer Goods Industry experience a plus.
 
EDUCATION:
BA/BS Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance is required.
