Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing federal/state corporate and partnership returns
• Managing information from accounting administration provider in order to accurately prepare tax returns
• Preparing and analyzing various accounting data to ensure proper tax categorizations
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and financial statement tax footnotes
• Preparing withholding documentation submissions to external parties
• Preparing annual filings of Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts
• Assisting in performing research and providing analysis on a variety of moderate to advanced tax issues
• Performing special projects

Skills and Knowledge Desired:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2 to 3 years prior work experience with a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department
• Strong partnership tax experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Hedge Fund and Private Equity tax a plus
• Experience with FasTax, RIA, and MS Excel
