 We are a new subsidiary of Covenant Retirement Communities, providing Medicare certified and Private Duty Home Health services. CovenantCare at Home will provide skilled nursing, therapies and medical social services to homebound patients with an acute illness. Our Private Duty program will provide geriatric case management, private duty home health aide and skilled nursing services. Celebrating God's gift of life, our mission is to promote and maintain health, independence and the ability to remain home as long as possible.
